This page is maintained by Hami Travel to answer common security and privacy questions about our website and inquiry process. It is editable project content, not an independent certification.

What we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the name, phone number, email address, selected service, and optional destination, travel date, and message you provide. We also record a timestamp and the page the inquiry came from so our team can follow up.

How your data is protected

Traffic to this website is served over HTTPS/TLS. Inquiry submissions are stored in our managed backend with row-level access controls — only authorised Hami Travel staff accounts can read or update inquiries. Public submissions are validated server-side and cannot modify internal fields such as status or notes.

How we use your data

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your travel request (flights, visa, Hajj & Umrah, hotels, transfers, holidays, corporate travel, or insurance) and to follow up about your booking.
